As part of assignment in Prov 504 – all students are expected to put forth transition portfolio which will serve the purpose of also helping us matriculate into our major degree program. The transition portfolio consists of materials that exhibit both what we have accomplished as students in the Into – program at the same time it presents everyone with an insight into what we have done in our past learning endeavours and how those experience would enable us in doing well in our programs.
